Empowering Leaders in Children's Behavioral Health

Founded in 1992, the National Association for Children’s Behavioral Health (NACBH) was created to fill a gap in the Children’s Behavioral Health Landscape. NACBH was uniquely created for mission-driven leaders impacted by policy and rapidly changing environments.

Today, NACBH is actively working to advance the field of children’s behavioral health by advocating for effective public policy and creating a collegial community for forward-thinking leaders of mission-driven children's behavioral health systems. NACBH provides expert support and resources to drive new advancements, promote industry best practices, and create educational and networking opportunities for fellow members to engage and learn alongside each other.

Our Mission

NACBH's mission is to cultivate a network of leaders who, through their shared dedication to excellence, knowledge, and collaboration, actively shape and advance children's behavioral health care delivery.

Our Community

NACBH membership is made up of organizations focused on creating the best level of care for the children they serve. Our members are diverse, dynamic, and dedicated. As visionary children's behavioral health leaders, our members’ influence goes beyond their individual systems of care; they are transforming delivery on the national stage.
